I am an APCC with over five years of experience supporting individuals on their path to healing and personal growth. I currently work with young adults and adults, and I bring four years of experience working closely with teens. My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, with a strong foundation in evidence-based practices.
I specialize in working with clients navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism. I tailor therapy to each person’s unique strengths and needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Whether you're managing daily stressors or working through deeper emotional pain, I strive to create a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
I offer both in-office and virtual sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences. My goal is to help you build insight, develop practical tools, and move toward meaningful, lasting change in your life.
Outside of work, you can often find me enjoying a coffee on the beach—it's one of my favorite ways to recharge and reflect.
