Welcome. If you’ve found your way here, chances are you’re carrying something heavy, pain from the past, uncertainty in the present, or fear of the future. Whether you’re navigating trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, or anxiety, you don’t have to face it alone.

I'm a registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping people reclaim their lives. My path into this work began with a degree in Philosophy from Cal State Fullerton, where I became deeply invested in understanding the human condition. I went on to earn my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University, where I focused on trauma-informed, compassionate care.

My clinical experience has been rooted in working within a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation center, where I’ve supported individuals, couples, and families through some of life’s most challenging moments. The clients I’ve worked with have faced a wide range of issues, including:

  • Substance use and addiction
  • Complex trauma and PTSD
  • Depression and anxiety
  • Bipolar disorder
  • Borderline personality disorder
  • Codependency
  • Grief and loss
  • Family dysfunction and relational trauma

This work has given me deep insight into how trauma and pain show up in relationships, with others and with ourselves. My approach is warm, grounded, and collaborative. I lean into a psychodynamic framework, helping clients explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping current struggles. I also draw inspiration from trauma-informed and body-aware practices. My work is influenced by various therapeutic traditions, and I tailor each session to the individual, supporting clients in reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels safe, empowered, and meaningful.

Healing is possible, and therapy can be the beginning of a powerful shift toward self-understanding and emotional freedom. If you're ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to support you.
