My passion for counseling comes from wanting to facilitate healing for others in the way I have experienced healing in my own life. Utilizing a toolbox of therapeutic interventions tailored to your individual needs, I seek to join you in reaching your goals. In working with you, I approach your unique circumstances with respect, empathy, and a calm, soothing presence.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the treatment of trauma through the lens of attachment science. I graduated from Hope International University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling, and my clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families.

I work with clients of all ages and genders and approach my work through the principles of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My training in Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT) Essentials has equipped me to support individuals struggling with emotional distress, difficult life experiences, and unhelpful coping strategies.

As a certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, I have worked with many couples using assessment tools and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) to help identify and change rigid patterns that can leave partners feeling disconnected or stuck.

My years of experience as both a public and private school teacher also provide me with a unique understanding of the challenges faced by children, adolescents, students, and their families.

Additionally, I am EMDR Level 1 & 2 Trained and hold certification in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), allowing me to integrate evidence-based trauma treatment approaches based on each client's individual needs and goals.

With numerous specialties, we are confident that one of our therapists would be a great fit for your unique situation. If you’re going through a challenging time and need support, we’re here for you.
