Hello! My name is Nicholas DelRosario, LCSW. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from California State University San Marcos in 2019 and my Master's Degree in Social Work in 2022.

I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of clinical settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with a wide range of diagnoses, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, and co-occurring mental health conditions. My experience includes providing therapy in office settings, schools, through telehealth, and in clients' homes.

My therapeutic approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I believe that every individual has unique strengths, and I strive to create a supportive, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.

Social work is rooted in the philosophy of meeting people where they are, and that principle guides my work every day.
