Hello! My name is Natalie Rose Baeza. I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW). I received my Master of Arts degree in Social Work from the University of Massachusetts Global. I moved to California in 2019 but am originally from Connecticut.

I have a history of working with children and adolescents who are dealing with self-doubt, insecurity, low self-esteem, and body image issues. I have worked with teens and adults who were in a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and intensive outpatient program (IOP) and helped transition them back home. I have provided individual and group counseling at a mental health residential treatment facility who treated clients for anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, substance abuse, childhood trauma, grief/loss, and anger management. Aside from therapy, I have experience in an acute rehabilitation hospital where patients and their families are learning to adapt to their new medical diagnosis and recover from their life changing experience physically, mentally, and emotionally.

In therapy, I enjoy collaborating with my clients, developing a suitable treatment plan, discussing realistic short and long-term goals, and teaching them to set boundaries when needed. I am determined to meet each client where they are and guide them to recovery. My approach will help clients learn to explore who they are, accept themselves, and discover how life experiences have impacted them.
