I believe in the power of collaboration and a human-centered therapeutic approach, creating a nonjudgmental space for you and your loved ones to feel heard, explore your experiences, and work towards your goals. I provide holistic, strengths-based therapy that recognizes people exist within a complex web of relationships and systems, including family, friends, community, and culture. I am particularly passionate about working with pre-teens, adolescents, and young adults. I also enjoy partnering with families to help improve communication and strengthen relationships.

I earned my Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northwestern University, where I received specialized training in Integrative Systemic Therapy (IST). I utilize a variety of models, tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs and promote lasting positive change. I have worked in both crisis intervention and dual-diagnosis substance use treatment, where I gained a true passion for working with individuals and families navigating substance misuse, relational trauma, ADHD, and autism. My therapeutic work is neurodivergent-affirming and emphasizes our nervous system’s immense impact on our feelings and relationships.

The philosophy that each person is the expert on their own experience is at the heart of my practice. I'm committed to empowering you to discover your strengths, build coping skills, and create a more connected life. Everyone has the potential for growth and healing, and I would be honored to be a part of your journey.
