Hello, my name is Melissa Ugalde, I am the Office Assistant for the office of Thrive Well Trauma Center. As the office assistant, I will be one of the first contacts clients have when they reach out to us. I am here to assist our clients in matching them with the therapist who fits their needs. I am also here to guide our clients through the intake process and answer any questions they may have. I have previously worked as a substance abuse counselor and am currently working towards my degree in social work so that I can become a therapist myself.
