Hello, my name is Melissa Lucas, and I am the Office Assistant at Thrive Well Trauma Center. I am often one of the first points of contact for clients when they reach out to our office, and I strive to create a welcoming and supportive experience from the very beginning. I assist clients in finding the therapist who best fits their needs, guide them through the intake process, and answer any questions along the way.

I previously worked as a substance abuse counselor, which has helped shape my compassionate and client-centered approach. I am currently pursuing my degree in social work with the goal of becoming a therapist, and I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and growth.
