License No. AMFT 155140
I am an associate marriage and family therapist #155140. I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology from Argosy University in 2015, a master’s degree in psychology with a focus on leadership coaching in 2017, and another master’s degree in clinical psychology and marriage and family therapy in 2025.
My experience ranges from working with nonprofit organizations that support teen mothers as a counselor and mentor. I have experience working at a crisis center for women who have been victims of sexual assault and trauma. I’ve led group therapy sessions in English and Spanish for victims of domestic violence in anger management and trauma. My expertise lies in working with women and adults to heal past and present trauma that prevents them from overcoming the feelings of “stuckness”.
My primary approach to healing is with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT).
I am passionate about healing and helping you reach a place where you feel content and at peace in your life’s journey.
