Hello, my name is Jenny Perez, and I am the Billing and Office Manager at Thrive Well Trauma Center (Tiffani Taft Marriage and Family Therapy, Professional Corporation).

I am certified through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) and hold a degree in Medical Administration.

With over 10 years of experience in medical billing and healthcare operations, I am here to support both our clients and our team. I understand that navigating insurance and billing can sometimes feel overwhelming, and I strive to make the process as clear, simple, and stress-free as possible.

In my role, I oversee billing, insurance, and private pay services, while also managing the daily operations of both our Temecula and Menifee locations. I work closely with our staff to ensure everything runs smoothly so our clients can focus on their care and healing.

I truly enjoy being a resource for our clients and am always here to answer questions, provide guidance, and offer support every step of the way.
