Navigating life's experience can be challenging, daunting, and sometimes requires a little help to get back on track or get the ball rolling. As we work through this challenge together, we can pull the threads on how your past is informing your present, develop more healthy coping strategies, and find ways to change the trajectory of your life in a more positive direction. After retiring from the Marine Corps with 20 years of service, I sought out to find away to continue serving my community and help others, and I'm grateful for the opportunity to go along with you in your journey!

f you find yourself here after the weight of a traumatic experience(s) has become too much to bear, we can use specialized approaches such as Prolonged Exposure, Cognitive Processing Therapy, or Written Exposure Therapy to rewrite the narrative of these experiences and how they have impacted your life.

If you are here to help build strategies to navigate life's daily stressors or find yourself stuck, we can use more broad approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). In either case it is important to remember that the pages in your book that have yet to be written and you have the pen. You are the author!
