Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

My journey in the helping profession has led me to earn a Master of Arts in Counseling from Concordia University Irvine, and I have worked in the human services field for most of my career, with over six years focused specifically in mental health.

My professional background includes extensive experience in substance use treatment, having worked in detox, residential, and outpatient levels of care.I have worked with individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life, with a particular specialty in working with children, adolescents, and families.

It is within this work that I have found my passion-helping clients heal, develop insight, and live more authentic, fulfilling, and connected lives.

My therapeutic approach is client-centered and trauma-informed, focused on creating a safe space where clients feel supported, seen, and free to be vulnerable. I integrate evidence-based and experiential modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, ABFT, ACT, somatic awareness, therapeutic art, and experiential interventions as appropriate.

I work with clients of all genders, identities, and orientations, supporting concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, relationship and communication challenges, addiction, and co-occurring disorders. My goal is for each client to reconnect with their true self, cultivate self-compassion, and experience meaningful growth.

I look forward to working with you.
