I believe healing happens in the context of safe, meaningful relationships. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood, explore your experiences openly, and reconnect with your strengths. I see therapy as a collaborative process and feel honored to walk alongside clients as they navigate challenges and build insight to develop personal attunement and alignment, with the ultimate goal of moving toward lasting change and emotional regulation.
My work is grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth and healing. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, complex trauma, dissociation, relationship challenges, family conflict, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, identity exploration, and recovery after difficult or disruptive experiences.
My approach is integrative and tailored to each client’s needs. I draw from CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, neuropsychotherapy, somatic interventions, attachment-informed work, and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR) techniques. Together, we can identify patterns that no longer serve you, build tools for coping and emotional regulation, and create space for greater self-awareness, connection, and resilience.
In trauma work, I move at a pace that feels safe and manageable, with an emphasis on stabilization, grounding, emotional regulation, and building internal resources before processing painful experiences.
With couples, I apply an integrated therapeutic approach derived from the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) techniques to support communication, repair conflict patterns, strengthen emotional.
Before private practice, I provided individual, couple, and family therapy as a Marriage and Family Therapist trainee at Mount San Jacinto College, where I also facilitated groups, led psychoeducational workshops, developed outreach materials, and supported students and staff in accessing care.
I also serve as a Disaster Management Consultant, supporting communities affected by disasters and major life disruptions. This work has deepened my understanding of trauma, grief, recovery, and resilience and strengthened my commitment to compassionate, equitable care that honors each client’s lived experience.
I earned my Master of Arts in Psychology from California Southern University and my Bachelor of Arts in Communications from UCLA. My background in psychology, communications, community engagement, and disaster recovery helps me bring a holistic, human-centered perspective to therapy.
Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge, working through past experiences, or hoping to create healthier relationships, I strive to offer a space where you feel safe, respected, and empowered to move toward the life you want to live.
