My name is Lisa Nadalet and I am a PCC Associate (APCC #4222) with an extensivehistory working with adolescents and families as a teacher, a school counselor, and asan Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. In these roles I’ve assisted clients withanxiety and depressive disorders, self-esteem, and grief. I incorporate CognitiveBehavior Therapy (CBT), Person Centered approaches, and DBT skills in my therapysessions to help my clients gain insight about who they are and how to move towardtheir goals.I look forward to working with you to identify the areas you would like to grow in as youbecome the most authentic version of yourself.
