Life has an interesting way of getting our attention to seek therapy. It could be through being tired of feeling a certain way and wondering why, wanting to learn new ways to cope and communicate, experiencing the uncertainties of transitions in life, being ready to address and let go of old pain, or maybe things are going well and you are looking into developing tools to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Whatever the reason is, I’m glad that you’re here.
