Taking the first step to seek therapy for yourself or a loved one is a big moment! I am excited to join you on this journey.

I am a MFT Associate with extensive history working with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Technician for four years. While as an ABA Technician, I work on reducing problem behaviors in kiddos on the Autism spectrum and teaching families the intricacies of the Autism Diagnosis.

As a MFT Associate, I have experience working with clients who suffer from Anxiety, Depression, trauma, grief, developmental disabilities and attainment issues in school. I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Person Centered approaches, and DBT skills to help my clients reach the most authentic versions of themselves.

I am safe zone trained and an LGBTQ allied therapist.
