Hello! My name is Dillon Cross and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW #107422). I received my Master’s Degree from Brandman University, Irvine December 2021. I have a history of working with adults in residential care settings. I have provided individual therapy, group therapy, and crisis intervention. Additionally, I have experience working in an Intensive Outpatient Program. I have worked with clients struggling with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, trauma, substance use disorders, and psychosis. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strength-based approach, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help clients learn and develop skills and techniques to assist them in meeting their goals, reduce stressors, and obtain their desired quality of life. I strive to provide knowledge and resources to clients as well as promote the gain of insight into their lives and relationships. I strive to provide a therapeutic environment that allows clients to feel safe, heal, and do the therapeutic work that sometimes is difficult. I work towards creating an environment that allows the client to develop the level of comfort they need.
