Let me introduce myself, my name is Crystal Cendejas and I am an Associate Clinical Social Worker (License # 104967). I graduated with my Bachelor of Arts degree in Biological Psychology and a Minor in Communications from the California State University of San Bernardino. I graduated from the University of Southern California with my Master in Social Work. I have experience in individual therapy with those struggling with anxiety and depression. I have experience in crisis intervention with adults and adolescents who are struggling with stressors in their lives. I had the privilege of working for Calhope, a mental health crisis hotline and worked in a mental health urgent care clinic as well.

As a mental health professional, I utilize Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Motivational interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to assist my clients to become self aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through the use of these interventions and building upon a strong rapport with my clients, it is my goal to help them gain a positive outlook on their lives by helping them learn how to build strong coping skills.
